The intelligent logistics conveying and sorting system is an important part of the logistics industry, widely used in on-site logistics distribution and sorting centers. The intelligent logistics sorting system of the on-site logistics sorting center mainly includes the following process equipment:
▲Logistics sorting system
The single piece separation system can achieve automatic sorting, separation, and intelligent queuing of packages. The system integrates mechanical, optoelectronic, and visual technologies to disperse, parallel queue, and horizontally concentrate packages that are in a staggered, overlapping,or stacked state in batches, ultimately converting them into single column outputs. With the help of large-scale automatic sorting equipment,it can achieve fully automatic transmission and sorting.
▲Single piece separation system
Single piece separation system:
The single piece separation system consists of the following parts:
1.Visual part:composed of a camera and an industrial computer, using a separation algorithm to transmit the speed information of each axis through TCP protocol, and can set the packet pulling distance and other information through software.
2.Mechanism part:The servo motor is transmitted through the combination of a reducer or pulley for reduction.Generally, two sets are installed in opposite directions to save space.
3.Electrical control part:Bus type servo drivers are used, and PLC receives speed information transmitted by the industrial control computer and transmits the speed to the servo in real time, thereby achieving the speed difference between each axis and achieving the purpose of separation.
Current system pain points:
1.The traditional servo IO control method has complex wiring, complex multi axis parameter setting operations, high assembly and maintenance costs, and is prone to errors during terminal delivery and wiring.
2.Traditional parcel separation and sorting mostly rely on manual labor, which consumes a lot of labor and is inefficient and costly.
3.The separation of development and debugging personnel results in inaccurate transmission of on-site problem analysis and judgment, leading to low efficiency in terminal delivery.
